# G H O S T S

U N D E R   C O N S T R U C T I O N ! ! !

To make the transition easier we have included links to our old web pages so you can still read about our chatters' experiences from down the years - and I hope new chatters will feel encouraged to add their own accounts.

First and foremost #Ghosts is not a ghost-story telling channel for fiction. The channel has been running since 1995 and we talk about real experiences and try to keep up with research and investigations being carried out around the world. Several of our chatters/ops are also investigators or mediums who go out and look into reports of hauntings at various locations.

You do not have to believe in ghosts nor do you have to have to have seen a ghost in order to join in the chat. All we ask is that people be allowed to discuss their experiences in a friendly environment without fear of ridicule. If you have an opposing point of view or different way of looking at things your views are more than welcome - so long as we all respect each other.

We do stray off the subject of ghosts at times and we enjoy general chat and banter in the room but ghost chat takes priority - so if you come in and we are not talking about ghosts when you want to, just let us know and we will get back on track. We would also welcome your photos and EVPs which can be sent to us via ghostchat@btinternet.com

As you can see, we have added message board for your use so you can make comments or raise questions. We do not allow advertising or spamming. Anything deemed inappropriate for the message board will be removed.

We have also included step by step instructions on downloading and setting up mIRC so you can get to #Ghosts. For those who do not want to download Mirc take a look at the webchat options we have also included.

We look forward to seeing you in #Ghosts on the Undernet. We are not a huge group so there might be times when nobody is around but keep on trying - we are in and out of the channel during the course of the day so we are bound to catch you eventually - failing that, just leave a message on the board and we will try to organise a time when we can be there when you are.

Rules
We don't have many rules so please keep to the ones we do have. These are:
No cussing
No sex channels or sex nicks
No preaching religion or politics
No spamming, advertising, recruiting for other channels
Treat each other with respect

Visit Spellfyre's site at http://www.spellfyre.com/ - he has a chat link there which will bring you straight into channel.
Spellfyre runs the Eastern Shore Paranormal (ESP) group and is an op in #ghosts

also try Undernet's webchat link at http://www.undernet.org/webchat.php.
Put #Ghosts in Your favourite channel and select "other canal" from the pull down list of channels and then just connect. If the link is working properly it will bring you to us.
